The Village of Haverstraw: Residential Real Estate Update March 2011

Good evening everybody! How are you? I have put together the 17 homes that have sold in the Village of Haverstraw since 9/1/10, exactly six months. First of all, I think that is a very positive sign that things are selling in the Village, its no wonder with some of these prices! You might have to do double takes when you see how low these single family homes sell for. The cheapest was for $62,570 10 Partition St. the most "expensive" was 77 Hudson sold for $300,000 but that was a 4 bedroom 2.1 bath, 2500 sq ft colonial built in 2007!!!
