South Nyack Historic Home Tour
On Saturday, May 5, from 10 am-4 pm rain or shine, South Nyack will be host to many visitors coming to take a look at 8 historic homes in the village. Most of the houses are located on Piermont Ave and the intersecting streets making it very convenient for walkers to take in all the sights at a leisurly pace.
Open to the public will be a Second Empire home with traditional and contemporary additions, a Victorian Tudor, an adorable cottage, and a gracious large Victorian, among others. In addition, the historic DePew House, adjacent to the Nyack Library will be included.
Early bird reservations are available for $35 until April 28 and $40 thereafter. Reservations can be purchased at the Nyack Library, and cc payments may be made through www.nyackhistory.org.
A Souvenir Guidebook will be available and can be picked up and /or purchased the day of the tour at the Living Christ Church, 151 South Broadway, from 9:30 am-1:00 pm.
