As an avid sports enthusiast, I had moved on to running early mornings at Rockland Lake State Park in Congers, when most of the world is asleep. I stop by the park on my way to work, just in time to see the beautiful sunrise, with the sun peeking through the trees and showing such peacefulness. This hidden paradise in Rockland County State park in Congers is very therapeutic, and just the remedy for putting the hustle and bustle of daily life in perspective. One may also pass bikers, walkers, and others on roller blades enjoying the same. SO 'JUST DO IT'
