This comedy/drama will be shown this Wednesday, March 8th at 8PM in the Nyack Center. It stars Danny DeVito, Ellen Burstyn, and others and follows the exploits of a dachshund through a variety of owners and names. The film is 88 minutes, rated R (language) and was shot in Rockland County.  There is a discussion afterward, A Screenwriters Perspective with J.D. Zeik.

“Elegantly wrought. . .a sly, stimulating provocation.” – Guy Lodge, Variety

As a prelude to the showing, I will be helping to collect donations for Hi Tor Animal Care Center starting at 7PM. Donations being requested are wet and dry kitten or cat food, non-clumping cat litter, bleach, Clorox(r) wipes, paper towels, blankets, sheets, and towels. Cash is always welcome, too!   See you there!
